• Product images are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the exact item, packaging, size, or brand available in store.
• In the event of a typographical or printing error in any advertisement, we reserve the right to correct the error and are not obligated to honor an incorrectly stated price.
• Advertised specials do not constitute a binding offer. Any sale is completed only at the register in one of our physical stores.

No Online Sales

The Site does not process orders, accept payments, or sell products online. All purchases take place at our physical store locations. Information on the Site is intended to help you plan your visit.

In-Store Services

Services such as check cashing, bill payment, money transfers, international phone top-ups, and lottery ticket sales are subject to their own terms, fees, identification requirements, and limits, which are displayed in store and may change without notice. By registering to participate in our Weekly Specials Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

The Weekly Specials Program is available to all customers who are residents of the United States and are at least 18 years of age.

Enrollment

Enrollment in the Weekly Specials Program is free. Customers can register in store at the kiosks, where they must provide accurate information including their mobile number, first and last name, and/or email address.

Data Collection

By enrolling in the Weekly Specials Program, customers agree to provide accurate and complete information. The information collected will be used to send exclusive promotions and offers to Program members. We also reserve the right to collect information about customer purchasing behavior in order to offer better and more personalized promotions.

Use of Information

All information we collect from customers will be kept confidential and used only for purposes related to the Weekly Specials Program. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties, unless required to do so by law or court order.

Communications

SMS Terms and Conditions

You can enroll in the Weekly Specials Program at the kiosks installed in the store. You may also contact the store directly or speak with the Store Administration Department about the Program.

You may opt out of the Weekly Specials Program at any time by texting STOP, or by replying to any text message with STOP.

Message and data rates may apply. One message is sent per request. Upon initial registration, an introductory text message will also be sent.

Please note that to the extent you provide us with a mobile phone number, you hereby agree and acknowledge that:

• You represent that you are the account holder and subscriber of the mobile phone number you provide, or that you have permission from the account holder and subscriber to receive text messages and/or phone calls at that number.
• You agree to receive, and authorize us to send or cause to be delivered, calls and text/SMS messages for any purpose, including advertising, using an automated telephone dialing system or an artificial or pre-recorded voice.
• You agree to notify us immediately if the mobile phone number you have provided changes.
• You agree to indemnify us in full for all claims, expenses, costs, and damages related to, arising out of, or caused by, in whole or in part, your failure to promptly notify us if the telephone number you have provided changes — including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, costs, and damages related to or arising out of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
• You understand and agree that your acceptance of these terms is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services, and that depending on your plan with your mobile carrier, normal rates and usage fees — including data rates and text message rates — may apply to text messages and/or phone calls delivered by or on behalf of Total Food Supermarket.
